Will of Henry Terrell of Clark CO., KY & his son, George Terrell

Henry Terrell ~ In the name of God Amen I Henry Terrell of the County of Clark & State of Kentucky being of  ~ disposing memory do hereby constetute and ordain this my last will & testament and hereby  ~ revoking all others by me before made.
  Will  ~  First I give all my estate of every kind whatsever to my beloved wife Mary Terrell for and during her natural life.
             Secondly at the death of my said wife I give and bequeath to my daughter Betsey One good bed  and furniture to her and her heirs forever.
             Thirdly all the rest of my estate at the death of said wife I give and bequeath to my son George to him and his heirs forever.
             Fourthly I do hereby constitute and appoint my said son George my sole executor of this my last  will.
             Fifthly my desire if that there be no appraisement of my estate Intestermany of this last will and  Testament I have herewrite affixed              my hand and seal this 29th day of January in the year of our               Lord 1812                                               Henry Terrell (his              signiture)              SEAL

George Terrell Will. 20 Jan. 1837, formerly of Clarke County, money Eli Jones owes me to be paid to James Price of Clarke CO..   Nieces Polly T., Duquincy A., Elizabeth H., Amanda H. Terrell (last 3 named nieces are chn of my brother, Zachariah & Polly Terrell). Nephews: Henry C., John H., Richard Coleman Terrell. Note due on Daniel Morga for benefit of Elizabeth C. Paul. Wit: Marthy Richardson, William Dillion. Admr: Zachariah Terrell, Sec: John Morgan. April 1, 1839.
